Mini Ham Sandwiches

Skillscale: 1
A friend, Jennifer W., gave me this recipe. We loved it when she made it for Aaron, Asher, and Peter's baby dedication ceremony at church in June 2011. It is my new favorite for parties and open houses. Thanks, Jennifer! ;)

You will need:
Bavarian Ham, Swiss Cheese, dozen Hawaiian rolls. (I usually use about 3/4- 1 pound of ham and cheese per 12 rolls.)

1 stick Margarine or butter, melted
1/2 tsp poppy seed
1 tsp Worcestersihre sauce
1-1.2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. onion flakes

Melt butter, add the rest of the ingredients. Let set until thick.

Make sandwiches with the meat, cheese and rolls.
Baste top of mini sandwiches with the margarine (butter) mixture.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
