Crock Pot Tips (chicken and pork chops)

Skillscale: 1 Vicki shared some tips with me for some of her favorite crock pot dishes. I just rinse and pat dry my whole chicken. Salt, pepper and sometimes I put a lemon or two that has been pierced with a fork in the cavity of the chicken. You can season however you like. Put in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours depending on size. I also have made potatoes and pork chops. Slice potatoes, salt & pepper put in crock pot. Top with 1 can mushroom soup that has been mixed with about ¾ can of milk. Brown pork chops (salt & pepper) and lay on top of potatoes cook about 8 hours.
